-only photos with vision, no snapshots;
-always the emphasis on people;
-the photographer must have captured a situation most other people don't notice;
-photos technically up to professional standards;
-photos taken in the right place, at exactly the right moment;
-straight photographs, not overly "creative", no heavy treatment in Photoshop.
